You may also repeat affirmations before the session, such as:
"I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self."
Prepare Your Mind
Engaging in light visualization or listening to guided meditations or regression recordings beforehand can help open the imagination and make the subconscious mind more receptive.
Try to leave expectations behind and simply trust the process. You will receive the insights and healing that are most aligned with your highest good.
Plan Time for Integration
If possible, keep your schedule clear after the session so you can rest and integrate the experience. Many people find it helpful to spend time reflecting, journaling, or simply relaxing afterward.

Your session will be recorded and sent to you afterward. Listening to the recording later often helps deepen integration and allows you to absorb additional insights.
